WHAT YOU NEED
- 2 Baker’s Single Barrel Bourbon
- 0.5 allspice dramish
- 0.5 fresh lime juice
- barspoon simple syrup
- Angostura® Bitters
- Lime peel or dehydrated lime wheel for garnish
HOW TO CRAFT
Don’t worry, this cocktail won’t bite. It features all the beauty and zip of a whiskey sour and picks up classic tiki nods from the allspice dram and lime juice.
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
STEP 2
Shake 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
STEP 3
Strain into chilled coupe glass.
STEP 4
Garnish with optional lime peel or dehydrated lime wheel.
