Take a deep dive into the maturation process of a barrel of bourbon. You and your guests will explore one of Clermont’s oldest rackhouses, home to some of our most selective bourbons.

You and your guests discover our bourbons the way they’re best enjoyed. And that’s in your glass. This guided tasting takes you through the fundamentals of bourbon making, the Beam history behind it and the pioneering spirits that come from it. You’ll learn how to properly taste bourbon and uncover the characteristics that make each unique.

KNOB CREEK BOTTLING EXPERIENCE
Led by a James B. Beam Ambassador, you and your guests will learn all about Beam Made Bourbon from grain to bottle. You’ll get a hands-on look at how barrels are filled and emptied. And finish it all by bottling your own Knob Creek Single Barrel complete with your thumbprint in the wax seal.

FRED B. NOE DISTILLERY TOUR
Explore our newest, most forward-looking facility: The Fred B. Noe Distillery. Opened in 2021, the “FBN” is home to our small batch bourbons and latest explorations in American Whiskey. The space isn’t available to daily visitors, making the experience an intimate look at the future of distilling.
