Our second edition of The Infinite. Each year, we bottle a portion of our infinity moment in its evolution. Then I carefully select new whiskeys to introduce, shaping the flavor profile for the year to come.
The fourth release of the Booker’s Bourbon 2025 Collection is Booker’s Batch 2025-04, “Phantom Pipes Batch”. This batch is named after a curious discovery some of our engineers made in the distillery a few years back: a whole bunch of pipes that don’t lead anywhere at all.
Using a longer fermentation process and taking it off the still at a lower distillation proof means Col. James B. Beam only needs to age 2 years to achieve a depth of flavor unmatched even by more mature bourbons. Proof that quality isn’t solely defined by time.
Not just a blend of ultra aged high-corn and high-rye mashbills. An homage to the pioneering spirit that began the Beam legacy.
One liquid, aged 17 years at our three Kentucky campuses to make three different expressions. Taste the effect of different terroirs on a single mashbill.

The second series of Hardin's Creek® explores how a whiskey is shaped by the warehouse it calls home. This particular whiskey rested in Warehouse G.
At nine-floors high, Warehouse G is a rarity, as warehouses are no longer built so tall. Ours is one of the few standing relics that enjoys such a towering view. It feels like the kind of place you might spot a majestic creature, the Great Horned Owl, soaring high above the forest’s canopy as it keeps wise watch over the happenings below.
The second series of Hardin's Creek® explores how a whiskey is shaped by the warehouse it calls home. This particular whiskey was rested in Warehouse W.
For almost a century, Warehouse W has sat sturdy in its Creekside location, its dense, five-floor construction enveloped in the humidity of the surrounding air. It feels like the kind of place you might find a familiar creature, the North American Beaver, setting up a lodge built to last where the stream cuts through the forest
